The Georgetown Water Department is pleased to announce that it completed its 2022 spring flushing program on Wednesday, April 27.
The water system undergoes flushing twice a year to help ensure sustained water quality and clarity and support the longevity of the system’s infrastructure.
“We appreciate our resident’s patience as we completed this necessary flushing,” Utility Director Marlene Ladderbush. “Flushing the system is an important piece in maintaining a safe and healthy water supply.”
