Water Department Office Reopens to In-Person Service

The Georgetown Water Department and Utility Director Marlene Ladderbush are pleased to announce that the Department office has reopened for full in-person service.

Ratepayers may continue to use the contactless bill-paying system by using the mail slot at the office. Residents with questions are asked to call the Department office at 978-352-5750.

“We are grateful to our ratepayers for their patience during the long COVID-19 pandemic. The Department had worked hard during this crisis to maintain a high level of service,” Director Ladderbush said. “Though the office has reopened we encourage ratepayers to call us with questions or concerns. Many times, a single phone call can save the caller a trip to the office.”

The Department’s hours are 7:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., Monday-Friday.
