The Georgetown Water Department is seeking a qualified Owner’s Project Manager (OPM) to provide management services to the West Street Treatment Plant Upgrade at 75 West St. 

The OPM will provide management services to the Owner during design, material and the construction bid process, construction, and final closeout of the project.

Water Department offices will be closed on Monday, Dec. 26, following the state observation of Christmas Day, and on Monday, Jan. 2, for the state observation of New Year’s Day.

Customers who have an emergency on those days are asked to call the Police Department Communications Center non-emergency number, 978-352-5700. Police will contact the Department’s on-call representative.
