Pay Your Bill Online, Win Valuable Prizes
InvoiceCloud, which provides online billing services for the Georgetown Water Department, is holding its annual sweepstakes starting July 1.
Prizes are:
- Five travel vouchers ($4,000 each)
- Five Apple Watches ($399 each)
- 80 Amazon Gift Cards ($100 each)
All customers who pay a bill online from July 1 to Aug. 31 will be entered. Customers who sign up for paperless payment will have a second chance to win. Customers who prefer other forms of payment will be provided an alternate way to enter.
No extra payment or purchase is required.

Pay by American Express Card Beginning May 23
Georgetown Water Department customers will be able to pay their bill using their American Express card beginning Monday, May 23. The Department is excited to offer residents another easy and convenient method to pay their water use bills online.
We also accept electronic checks, Apple Pay, Discover, Google Pay, MasterCard, PayPal/PayPal Credit, Venmo, and Visa.
A convenience fee of $4.95 will be charged for all debit/credit cards, PayPal/PayPal Credit and Venmo. Automated Clearing House/Electronic Funds Transfer payments are free.
